	HOW TO ORDER	By Post:- Print the Mail Order Form or write on an ordinary piece of paper and send this to us enclosing a cheque with guarantee card details or by completing your credit card details. Cheques made payable to Equikits. By Telephone:- Phone us Monday to Friday, tell us your order and quote your credit card details. By Fax:- Complete the Mail Order Form and Fax it to us completing your credit card details. Please send payment with order including P&P. 90% of orders are sent by return but please allow 15 working days. CREDIT CARDS VISA, MASTERCARD,EUROCARD, SWITCH (with issue No) are accepted. The name and address of the sender must be the same as the one as the name on the card. Handling charge of cards under £20.00 plus £1.00. CLAIMS: Errors must be notified within 7 days of receiving the order, claims after that date cannot be accepted. Claims for non delivery of parcel must be made in writing 14 working days from us sending the order. REFUNDS: Full refund (except on patterns and special orders) less post and packing on any item returned to us within 7 days which have not been soiled or started.
